AD???
What the hell is an Ad?
It’s a paid message that a business or brand puts out into the world so people notice them and understand what they’re offering.
You pay for space or time on a platform — a screen, a feed, a billboard, a video, a story — and in return your message gets shown to people who might care.

Think of an ad like raising your hand in a crowd and saying “this is what we do, and here’s why you should care.”

The point isn’t to chat casually — it’s to inform, persuade, or remind people about your product, service, or brand. It might explain what something does, why it matters, or simply keep your name in front of the right people so they remember you when they’re ready to buy.

Ads show up everywhere because attention is where business happens — on social media feeds, search engines, websites, apps, TV, outdoor screens, and more. You choose where to put your message based on where your audience spends time, and you pay to make sure your message gets seen rather than hoping someone stumbles onto it by accident.

Inside a business, advertising plays a role that’s different from everything else.
Marketing is the overall strategy about who you serve and why. Advertising is the execution — the action of placing your message in front of people so they see it, feel a connection, and ideally take the action you want (visit, buy, sign up, call).

Good advertising doesn’t faalthu ka shout — it speaks in ways that make sense to the people you want to reach. It combines clarity, timing, and relevance so the viewer gets it quickly and knows what step to take next. That’s why strategic advertising matters for growth — it turns awareness into engagement, and engagement into results.
